The coach of Angola's senior males roller hockey team, the Portuguese Fernando Falle expressed satisfaction with the hosting of the first world clubs championship that ended last Saturday, in Luanda.
Speaking to local media, he affirmed that the holding of the event in Angola will encourage the development of the sport in the country and will be an advantage for national clubs.
He indicated that "the sport can improve, but there are some delays in its development, therefore the need for a renewal process".
Fernando Falle, residing in the country since last July, said that he is already preparing Angola's participation in the 2007 World Cup in Switzerland.
The Portuguese coach, who replaced the Angolan Nelson Amado "Sony", managed the national team that was placed seventh in the 2005 World Cup in San Jose, California.
