The main leaders of the Nepali ruling Seven Party Alliance (SPA) and guerrillas resumed their talks on Tuesday morning as they failed to reach in conclusion on all issues late Monday night.
The leaders of major four political parties including Nepali Congress (NC), Communist Party of Nepal (United Marxist-Leninist) - CPN (UML), NC (Democratic) and the guerrillas are engaging in informal talks at Prime Minster's residence in Kathmandu, according to the party sources.
Before entering to the PM's residence, Madhav Kumar Nepal, general secretary of CPN (UML) told the reporters that he was confident that the Tuesday's talks would produce a historic agreement to lead the country forward looking direction.
He made it clear that his party would not pose any obstacle in reaching to agreement.
Narayan Man Bijukchhe, president of Nepal Workers and Peasants' Party said that the process was getting delayed due to big parties ' haggling for power.
The Tuesday's meeting is expected to produce concrete a result as the leaders expressed confidence that they would reach to a agreement.
A large band of civil society leaders, interested public and journalists gathered around the Prime Minster's residence where Nepali police is providing tight security.
