Nepali Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Health Amik Sherchan has said that the next summit talks between Seven Parties Alliance (SPA) government and the guerrillas will be held within one or two days.

Speaking at a gathering on Saturday Sherchan said the next summit talk would be result-oriented.

Stating that the national problem of the country would be resolved through dialogue and negotiation, he said the present government is effortful to facilitate the talks towards a positive conclusion and to bring about the guerrillas into the political mainstream.

He also made it clear that the dialogue is being held regarding the guerrilla's arms management, which has remained as the major stumbling block in the peace process.

Sherchan said lock up the arms of the guerrillas is not the way out of the current problem but the problem is the lack of trust between the government and the guerrillas.

He also said that the summit talk would be concentrated on making new Nepal through the restructure of the country.
