Suspected dengue fever patients up to 2,637 in Pakistan

The total number of suspected dengue patients admitted in different hospitals in Pakistan climbed to 2,637 by Friday evening, according to the country's health ministry.

Forty-one patients have been declared positive for dengue virus in past 24 hours and now the country stood at 854 number of confirmed dengue patients, the ministry said.

So far 32 deaths have occurred from dengue fever across the country.

A total number of 350 patients have so far been admitted to different hospitals in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, while the total number of positive cases of dengue virus stand at 129.
