The amount of ethanol gasoline produced from this was 10.2 million tons. At present, China has several major bio-fuel ethanol production bases. They are mainly in agricultural provinces such as Jilin, Henan, Anhui and Heilongjiang. Jilin is the largest with an annual output of more than 600,000 tons.
