U.S. President George W. Bush will attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Leaders' Meeting in Vietnam and then travel to Singapore and Indonesia, according to a statement from the U.S. press secretary.
Bush will travel to Hanoi, Vietnam, to attend the 14th Asia- Pacific Economic Cooperation Leaders' Meeting on November 18-19, said the statement distributed by the U.S. Embassy's Public Affairs Service here on Friday.
"At APEC, the president looks forward to continuing his robust dialogue with APEC Leaders on ways to ensure the continued prosperity of the Asia-Pacific region," the press secretary stated.
