Ljubicic, Roddick pull out of Paris Masters

World number four Ivan Ljubicic from Croatia and U.S. Open runner-up Andy Roddick have decided to pull out of next week's Paris Masters tournament on Thursday.

Ljubicic cited a viral illness while Roddick said he was still plagued with an ankle injury suffered last week in Madrid.

The Croat and the American have already secured their places in the season-ending Masters Cup in Shanghai next month.
