At least two Pakistani security men were killed and three others injured in an overnight attack in southwestern Pakistan's tribal area, the NNI news agency reported on Friday.
Two security personnel died when rockets hit a checkpoint in Shakai area of South Waziristan near the Afghan border, said the report.
No one claimed responsibility for the attack, but militants are blamed for such attacks.
Troops returned fire to the areas from where the militants fired rockets, NNI reported.
