Nepali Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Pradeep Gyawali has said that election to constituent assembly (CA) was impossible by May-June next year without early settlement of all issues, local media reported on Wednesday.
"We have to settle all issues of interim constitution, parliament and government as well as arms management within a month to make the CA election possible within the above period," Kantipur F.M, a leading privately run radio reported Gwawali as saying on Tuesday.
Gyawali, also member of the government's talks team, said that the ruling Seven Party Alliance must move ahead with more progressive thought and the guerillas should also give up their extreme-left ideas to come into reconciliation as earliest as possible.
