Two Teams Become Champions of First China Amateur Basketball Open

After 5 days' matches, Zhuhai Team and Yantai Sanhe Team from Shandong Province became the champions of the two levels of the first China Amateur Basketball Open (CBO) finals held in Beijing.

In the final of the Open-Team level, Zhuhai Mianshui beat Harbin Institute of Technology 54-46. In the first half, Zhuhai kept ahead of 24 points for most, which made the result of the match clear enough.

Because of the advantage, Zhuhai released their defence and made it easy for their opponent to score several 3-pointers. After all, Harbin Institute of Technology did not have enough time to turn over the table.

The final of the Veteran-Team level was a tough game for both Yantai Sanhe and Yunyan Team from Heilongjia Province.

Yunyan led the game in the beginning but they failed to hold on and eventually lost the match 57-68.
