Detained Russian officers to be handed over to Moscow

The four Russian military officers under arrest in Georgia will be flown to Moscow boarding an Emergency Situations Ministry plane later on Monday, according to the Russian Consulate in Georgia.

The four officers will be first handed over to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Chairman-in-Office Karel de Gucht, and then to Russian diplomats, the consulate said.
