Midfielder Castro to miss a month due to shoulder injury

Midfielder Gonzalo Castro of Bayer Leverkusen will be out of action for a month due to a shoulder injury, the German first division soccer club said on Tuesday.

The Germany Under-21 international sustained the injury in Saturday's 3-0 defeat by VfB Stuttgart.

He will miss Leverkusen's first UEFA Cup Group B match against Bruges on Thursday but stands a chance of returning to face Tottenham Hotspur on November 23.
