An undersea earthquake measuring 5. 3 on the Richter scale jolted Indonesia's Central Java province just after midnight Saturday, causing no damages.
The tremor was felt across the southern coasts of Java island, where an earthquake-triggered tsunami killed more than 500 people in July.
The meteorology and geophysics agency reported the quake was centered 24 km southwest of the Central Java town of Cilacap.
